This week
Your ranked pursuit queue on the Dashboard with weekly outcomes, target markets, and next actions.
Overview
This week on the Dashboard is your ranked pursuit queue. It surfaces up to five actions drawn from target accounts, overdue follow-ups, signals, warm paths, open opportunities, and account plan objectives. You see what to do next without rebuilding context across tools.
Available on Team with a Revenue seat.
When to use this
- Monday planning: Set weekly outcomes, then work the ranked list
- Mid-week queue check: Refresh priorities after new signals or meetings
- Friday cleanup: Snooze, complete, or re-rank before the week ends
For today's meetings and overnight signals, start with Morning brief above this panel on the Dashboard.
Weekly outcomes
At the top of the panel, Toolblocks asks: What 1–3 outcomes matter this week?
Enter one to three outcomes (for example, "Get on Smith CM list" or "Re-engage Williams") and tap Save goals. Pinned outcomes sort above algorithmic candidates when ranking. Your stated focus wins over generic scoring.
You can add a third outcome with Add outcome when you have room.
Configure target markets
Open Settings → Context → Target markets to define:
- Target accounts (up to 10 pursuit accounts, prospects or clients, you are actively pursuing)
- Sectors and geographies you care about
- Deal size band (minimum and maximum USD)
- Weekly focus count (show 3 or 5 priorities)
- Public vs private owner preference for opportunities
Target markets are stored on your organization and improve ranking. If they are not configured yet, priorities still appear from follow-ups and pipeline activity.
Prefer marking Strategic or Priority tier on each account in Accounts, then add your top firms to the target list. Strategic prospect accounts score on deal-size proxy the same as clients.
Onboarding can seed target accounts when you apply suggested accounts from company research.
Prioritization Studio (admins)
Workspace owners and admins can customize ranking recipes in Settings → Context → Prioritization Studio. Most Revenue-seat users only need Target markets. Use Prioritization Studio when your firm wants to tune how candidates score.
Multi-market filtering
When you have more than one target market, filter pills appear above the list:
- All my markets: full ranked queue
- Individual market labels: priorities scoped to that market
Use filters when you wear multiple practice or geography hats and want a focused slice of the week.
Dashboard layout
On the Dashboard, Revenue seat users see orchestration panels in this order:
- Morning brief: today's narrative, meetings, overnight signals
- This week: weekly queue and outcomes
- Events: upcoming conferences and shortlists
When Morning brief and This week load, the standalone Follow up panel is hidden. Follow-ups surface inside the orchestration panels instead. Users without a Revenue seat still see the classic Follow up panel.
How ranking works
You do not need to understand the score to use This week. The panel is built to tell you what to do next. For power users, each candidate action receives a score from five factors:
| Factor | Weight | What it rewards |
|---|---|---|
| Target account match | +40 | The account is on your target markets list |
| Timing urgency | +30 | Overdue follow-up, fresh signal, or late-stage opportunity |
| Deal size proxy | +20 | Strategic or Priority tier, or large construction value |
| Warm path feasibility | +15 | A suggested introduction path exists |
| Goal alignment | +10 | An in-progress account plan objective |
Pinned weekly outcomes receive a high base score so they stay above generic candidates.
Row actions
From each priority you can:
- Draft outreach: AI-assisted email draft with account context
- Meeting prep: Opens meeting prep with pursuit context prefilled
- Talking points: Short bullets for a call or email
- Open account: Jump to the account workspace
- Snooze or Mark complete: Adjust follow-up timing on the linked contact
Discover target accounts
When the panel is empty, or you want net-new ideas, use Discover target accounts. Toolblocks runs a web search using your target markets and returns draft firm ideas for review. Results are not saved automatically. Add firms to contacts or target accounts after you validate fit.
